This container indicates if the property parcel is in relation with any possible property hazards. The possible hazards are displayed as tabs in this container (listed below).
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Map shows a property's risk of flooding. It illustrates flood zones, floodplain boundaries, and base flood elevation in relation to property parcels.
In the example below, the subject property parcel has relations with two flood zones. The first zone, called Flood Zone X, covers 94% of the property. The remainder is covered by flood zone A. See the table below the map for details. Hover over the Flood Zone Designation to reveal its definition.

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Wetland Map illustrates property relations to wetlands.
In the example below, 17% of the subject property parcel is in a herbaceous wetland.

The Fish and Wildlife (F&W) Wetlands Map shows information on the location and type of wetlands and deepwater habitats.
In the example below, the subject parcel resides in two types of wetlands, each indicated by a Wetland Code.

The Contaminated Sites Map shows the location of contaminated sites, such as gas and oil spills that were reported. The indicated areas of land are typically considered contaminated until cleaned, inspected, and confirmed to be clear of contaminants. This map is useful for seeing if a parcel is contaminated, or if it is in close proximity to land that is contaminated.
In the example below, we can see that there are several contaminated sites surrounding the subject parcel. The table below the map shows the names of the contaminated sites, their distance from the subject parcel, plus additional information pertaining to the contaminations.
The Tidelands Map shows the location of tidelands relative to property parcels.
In the example below, we see that 4.26% of the subject parcel is affected by nearby tideland, Raritan-Hudson.
The Pinelands Map shows the location of pinelands relative to property parcels.
In the example below, we see that 100% of the subject property is in a Regional Growth Area.
