## Demographics

## Schools

This tab provides a list of schools in the surrounding area.

**Assigned Schools** are those schools that children can enroll in if they live in the subject neighborhood. A school's star rating gives insight into its quality of education and student experience; the distance is measured by taking the shortest walking distance from the subject property to the school. Click on any listed school to launch their website.

You can scroll and click through the map to browse schools and their locations.

## Transit Scores

This tab provides insight into how easy (or difficult) it is to walk or cycle to complete errands, such as getting groceries, banking, etc.

## Nearby Properties

This tab provides sale price and square footage data for properties that are near the subject property. This is helpful for comparing properties of similar location. Click an **Address** from the list to open the respective Property Page.

## Municipality Data

This tab contains graphs of yearly tax rate and ratio data for the subject property's municipality (township); the Municipal Clerk's contact information; the municipality's website; and ordinance website. Additionally, some documents that are available from the municipal website are displayed and can be clicked to view and download.
