The Tax Map tab displays a tax assessment map for the subject property and surrounding area, complete with block and lot numbers, and parcel dimensions. You can use the four dropdown menus on the left to choose a specific map. For example, the Year menu is useful for comparing current property divisions against former divisions. These maps are typically PDF documents that can be cropped, edited, downloaded, printed, and shared.
The Zoning Map tab shows how communities are divided into different districts and zones. Similar to Tax Maps, Zoning Maps are usually PDF documents. This tab offers the same tools and functions as the Tax Map - you can can crop, edit, download, print, and share a Zoning Map without the need for additional software. For Zoning Maps specifically, click Codebook for quick access to relevant statutes related to a respective zone.

The Property Record Card provides fine details about a property that aren't available in the tax database. This includes such information as: square footage by floor; number of bedrooms; if the basement is finished; attached items such as decks; type of heating and cooling system; type of roof; exterior finishes; etc.
The Property Assessment Card is an official document issued by the city and mailed to the property owner. It provides information on assessments and actual taxes paid on a property in the previous year.
