Get a "lay of the land" with our Street Map page - see the location of parcels and the names of streets; use our powerful tools to gather insightful information about the surrounding area.

General Layout

1: Search Bar

With the Street Map page open, the Search Bar quickly pin-points a location on the Map (3). Simply enter an address into the Search Bar and the Map (3) will jump to the address location; the Property Info Panel (2) will update to display available information about the respective property.

2: Property Info Panel

3: Map

The Map shows the spatial location of a searched or selected property. With a property selected, the Property Info Panel (3) displays it's details. You can scroll and zoom on the map and superimpose overlays/modifications via the Map Options Panel (4).

4: Map Options Panel

A set of map overlays and tools for displaying specific information about a property and its surrounding area.

See the next section for details about each of the available options.

When you want to clear the map of any modifications or markup, simply refresh the page by clicking Refresh from your web browser.

Overlays

Superimpose one or multiple map layers to visually display more information about a property and the surrounding area.

Flood

Select Flood options to display regions of specific flood risk (Undetermined Risk up to High Risk); superimpose FEMA Flood Maps, including Effective FEMA Flood Zones and Preliminary FEMA Flood Zones.

Sales

Select Sales options to show the location of properties that recently were sold or were distressed (foreclosed) within the selected time period.

Labels

Add labels to parcels, such as Property Location, Owners Name, Dimensions and Year Built. Any active labels are listed near the top of the map. Click their respective "X" to remove them from view.

Locate

Similar to the Search Bar, use this option to locate a specific address or place of interest on the map. If you know the place name, such as a restaurant or an office building, you can search using the name, similar to how you would in Google Maps. This is handy when you don't know the specific address or the property owner's name.

You can also use this tool to search by the subject property's coordinates.

Directions

Instantly get driving directions to a desired destination. Enter the starting address, then the destination address and click Get Direction. The driving directions, the distance, and estimated drive time are all displayed.

You can share the provided directions via email, SMS, Link; or print them.

Selection

Use the Selection tool to conveniently mass-select properties and quickly view and compare their details.

Below are the selector options:

  • Click: Individually select multiple properties.

  • Circle: Select a circular region on the map.

  • Rectangle: Select a rectangular region on the map.

  • Polygon: Select a custom-shaped region on the map.

To mass select using your mouse and keyboard, hold down the Ctrl key and individually click all of the properties you want to select.

Your selected properties are listed in the Results Grid below (use the arrow at the bottom of the map to expand and collapse the Grid).

You can also use the arrows near the top of the Property Info Panel to scroll through the selected properties.

Measure

Use the Measurement tool to measure the size of a selected map region (either sqft or acres).

  1. From the Street Map, click the Measure tool.

  2. Pick the desired measurement tool.

  3. Choose your Display Unit.

  4. Choose an Outline Width.

  5. Choose an Outline Color; if applicable, choose a fill Color.

  6. Start measuring by using your cursor to select a region on the map. The measurement is displayed either in or along the selected region.

  7. Optionally click Delete to remove the measurement.

    1. Optionally click Copy as GeoJSON if you wish to add the measurement to an external file. It will be pasted to the exact location as on the current map, with the exact same attributes displayed.

Draw

Draw shapes on the map; or add text; using the Draw tool.

  1. From the Street Map, click the Draw tool.

  2. Pick the desired drawing tool.

  3. If applicable, choose an Outline Width.

  4. Choose a fill Color; if applicable, choose an Outline Color.

  5. Start drawing by using your cursor to click and drag on the map. The shape appears on the map.

  6. Optionally click Delete to remove the measurement.

  7. Optionally click Copy as GeoJSON if you wish to add the drawing to an external file. It will be pasted to the exact location as on the current map, with the exact same attributes displayed.

Layers

Use the following options to change the base map.

  1. Streets: View streets and their names.

  2. Aerial: View an aerial (satellite) perspective of the map.

  3. Outdoors: View a topographic map with outdoor areas and boundaries.

  4. Traffic: View live traffic data provided by Google Maps.

Map Snapshot

Export an exact snapshot of the displayed map, with all markup and layers included.

  1. Click the Print button on the right side of the map. The Map Snapshot window opens.

  2. Choose your Page Size and File Format.

  3. Click Export. The file is downloaded to your device.

This panel displays information about the property that is currently selected on the Map (3). It contains the same information, and in the same order, as the ; however it is displayed in a condensed view to provide display space for the Map.

The dimensions provided on this map are rough estimates and should not be taken as official measurements. Use the Tax Map to superimpose the official georeferenced Tax Map on the current street map. You can also refer to the for official dimensions.
