Tax & Assessments

From this tab, you can view historical tax and assessment data for the subject property.

The enclosed list shows the available tax data by year. Click a corresponding View button to open tax data values for that year.

For most properties, NJPropertyRecords provides historical tax and assessment data records that are dated as far back as 1989.

Deeds

This list provides an overview of all historical deeds for the subject property.

Click a corresponding Book/Page link (or the View button) to display the related deed document, which you can quickly download, print, and share from this page.

Mortgages

If the subject property has any mortgage records on file, you can find them here. You can view the date, estimate payment; and click View for more details about the mortgage record. If an image of the mortgage is available, it will be displayed near the bottom window, where it can be downloaded, printed, and shared.

Foreclosures

If the subject property has any foreclosure records on file, you can find them here. Such information as the auction date, borrower and trustee information, and the unpaid balance are displayed in the table. Click View for more details on a foreclosure record.
