Review all of the publicly-available information about a property from a single, easy-to-read page. Take actions on the data that matters most, and share it with just a few simple clicks.

Review all of the publicly-available information about a property from a single, easy-to-read page. Take actions on the data that matters most, and share it with just a few simple clicks.

Click Download to generate a basic or detailed property report. For more information, see Generate a Property Report.
Click Order Addons to request drone photography or flood determination services. For more information, see Services.
Click Share to share the property's details via email, SMS text message, Facebook, or Twitter. When you share the property via email, you have the option to share either the basic or detailed report. With all the other sharing options, you can share the property address and/or web link to the Property Page.
(Coming soon) Click Customize View to rearrange the display order of the containers on the Property Page, and minimize any containers that you do not wish to see.
There are two types of property reports:
Basic Reports:
Owner(s) information
Location information
Tax information
Last market sale
Flood information
Tax map (georeferenced snippet)
Aerial map (parcel outline, aerial view)
Detailed Reports:
You have the option to include:
Cover page
Contents of the Basic Report
Tax & assessment history
Deed history
FEMA flood & wetland maps
Tax map sheet
Zoning map sheet
Click Download to generate a property report.
Choose the report type (Basic or Detailed).
Confirm the details of the cover page.
Choose a Property Image. This will appear on the report's cover page. The selected image has a blue border.
Choose what to include in the report. Use the checkboxes to select/deselect options.
Click Generate Report. The report downloads to your device. This may take a few minutes.

Below is a sample detailed property report. Click to download.
There are three image and map panels.
The first panel provides the Assessment Image and Street View images (if available).
The Street View button will not be visible if the corresponding map is not available for the property.
The second panel provides property parcel maps. Click the layers button to superimpose FEMA Flood, DEP Wetlands, and F&W Wetlands maps (for more information on these maps, see Property Hazards). You can view this map in full screen.
The third panel displays the tax map. You can click Arial to overlay a transparent satellite map on top of the tax map. This is helpful for discerning the dimensions and boundaries of the subject property.
